The first Port Harcourt Dog Walk happened yesterday, 18th February 2017 in the Garden City and was organized by (PHDBA) Portharcourt Dog Breeders Association.
According to participants who shared photos on the internet, it was a successful event that had the best weather, unity level was 100% and there was not even one casualty.
