A teenager whose hand was cut in Sapele, Delta State for stealing , stole again in last week.

The teenage thief who lost his hand after he slipped it through an open window of a house to

there but was cut off by the owner with a cutlass, was beaten mercilessly for stealing again.

Seems he hasn’t learnt his lesson.
