Meet the judges of the IB PLC Heros Foundation Kickstart ProgrammeThe panel of judges for the third edition of International Breweries Hero’s Foundation Kickstart Programme has been revealed. Each of them brings their unique qualifications, expertise and perspective to the table. The judges play a vital role in the program as they will appraise the business proposals submitted by the shortlisted candidates who attend the one-week business training at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Business School, Awka. The proposals will be judged based on their strength and sustainability.Here’s a brief peek at our judges:  Prof. Benjamin Chuka Osisioma - Chairman, Panel of JudgesProf. Osisioma is a Professor of Accountancy at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and a professional accountant with the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a fellow of several professional associations and holds a PhD in Finance (1989).He has headed many professional and academic bodies in Nigeria, including being the Director General, Nigerian College of Accountancy from 1997-2001.Prof. Osisioma has been honoured with several awards for his Integrity, Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership. He was selected "Man of the Year" by the American Biographical Institute in 2001, and listed in the Directory of Outstanding 2000 Intellectuals of the 21st Century by the International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.At the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Osisioma has served as a Member of the Governing Council, Head of Department, and Dean of Faculty of Management Sciences. He is the Pioneer Director of the Chike Okoli Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies. Mr. Tonye Ibisiki:Mr. Ibisiki is a professional lawyer and an expert in civil and commercial law.He started his career as an associate in the commercial law firm of GEORGE ETOMI & PARTNERS in Lagos and later moved to the Port Harcourt office. From there, he moved on to serve as the Legal Adviser and Personnel Manager of Horicon.Mr. Ibisiki is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, where he serves as the Port Harcourt Branch Representative on the National Executive Council of the Nigeria Bar Association.Currently, Mr. Ibisiki is the Managing Solicitor of the Law firm of TONYE IBISIKI & ASSOCIATES. Mr. Hule Aondokator: Hule is an entrepreneur with vast experience in human capital management, and a change agent for effective business development. He was honoured by President Goodluck Jonathan for his business writing skills during the Youth Enterprise With Innovation in Nigeria
(YouWiN!) 2012 business writing competition. He is a prolific facilitator in executive trainings and business developmentHule obtained a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering in 2010 and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management (CEM) from Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria in 2013 having emerged among top 50 Small and Medium Scale Enterprises that were sponsored by Diamond bank Plc under the Building Entrepreneurs Today 3 (BET3) programme.He is the CEO of WeClean Express Laundry. Williams Adadu OGENYI:Williams brings to the panel his over 15 years of experience in Administration & Consulting. He is the Group General Manager of Apt Group Inc. in Abuja, Nigeria. He is an expert in developing templates for business units and writing business development reports.Mr. Williams holds a Master's degree in International Economics & Finance from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, in Port Harcourt, an MBA in HR & General Management from the University of Calabar, Calabar and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agricultural Economics from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi. Ngozika B. Okoye fcaNgozika is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She is a 1983 Accountancy graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from the University of Lagos.Her working career traversed three industries viz- Maritime (Nigerian Ports Authority), Oil/Oil service(Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation & Intels) and Banking (International Merchant Bank) before her expedition into the public service in Anambra State as the Honourable Commissioner of Finance in 2012.She is the Principal Partner of Treasure House Consult, a financial consultancy firm based in Awka with office in Port Harcourt.Oranu Chris Chidume:Chidume, reputed for his entrepreneurial capabilities, is the founder of Krisoral Group of Companies. The group has interests in agro-allied, drinks, and chemical sectors amongst others.Chidume holds an MBA from Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK.
