Niger State Police Command on Tuesday, said it has nabbed a notorious thief in Minna. Based on a tip off, a team of Police detectives attached to GRA Division on November 2, arrested the suspect identified as Ibrahim Yusuf, 28, of Kuta, Shiroro LGA while trying to steal a motorcycle at Izala Mosque Kwangila Area Minna. The suspect confessed that he usually comes from Kuta to steal motorcycles at General Hospital and Izala Mosque Kwangila in Minna.
