Suspected cable thieves have been apprehended in Ikwerre Local government area in Rivers state.The suspects were apprehended in the early hours of Tuesday, while transporting the stolen cables from PHeD high-tension poles, along Elele community in the local government.They are currently under police custody and will be charged to court later today.
