A Taiwanese lecturer at the Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology in Taoyuan has been dubbed 'Taiwan's hottest teacher' online after her photos went viral. The pretty lecturer identified as Cheng Jhia-wen who teaches a course on Intellectual Property Rights became an internet celebrity after her students who have been taking photos of her during her classes posted them online.
