Tanzanian socialite and wife to Bongo star, Diamond Platnumz, Zari Hassan has spoken for the first time after her billionaire ex-husband Ivan Ssemwangawas laid to rest.
Ivan was buried on Monday, May 29 after he died following a heart attack which was blamed on various things including loss of property to a conman, allegations that Ivan was poisoned.
In a video, Zari spoke of the allegations that her ex-husband was poisoned and news that Vera Sidika had abandoned her at her hour of need
Zari shed light on the as well as rumour that her friend Vera Sidika ha abandoned her.
” I see Vera Sidika was attacked but she has been reaching out and I actually found a lot of her messages and it wasn’t a must that I post that information on social media,” Zari posted.
Addressing claims that her ex-husband had been poisoned while recovering in hospital, Zari said:
” Ivan was not poisoned, he had high blood pressure that he never took medication for and this was his undoing.
He got a stroke and was paralysed on the left side and later, a vein ruptured in his brain causing internal hemorrhage. ” Zari added.

On whether she was after his money, Zari revealed that her late ex-husband had nothing when she met him and they got everything together when they were married.
“I am calm because there are papers and really, I cannot fight for wealth because we shall leave everything on earth. “
