The lady pictured below was arrested for dumping her one-day old baby in the bush, but what the commissioner of police did for her is so beautiful and rare!

The Anambra CP, Garba Baba Umar, Today, Wednesday, August 2, after interviewing her, out of his magnanimity, handed a huge amount of money to the young mother to carter for herself and the baby.
