34-year-old Jael Strauss, a former 'America's Next Top Model' contestant, has died two months after she revealed that she's been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.Sources close to the model said she died in a hospice on Tuesday at about 11 AM after taking a turn for the worse on Monday night, TMZ reports. She had been unconscious for a few days, and her family recently stopped allowing visitors.In October, the model went public with her cancer diagnosis. In a heartbreaking Facebook post, she revealed she'd been diagnosed with incurable stage 4 breast cancer. 
Jael decided to stop chemotherapy around Halloween and went into hospice on Thanksgiving. She announced this on Facebook, saying:"First night in hospice. So many things I never knew about life. Or death. So many things."Her family told TMZ following herdeath:"The one blessing was that we were able to show her how loved she was before she passed.
