Ibrahim Magu, the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has expressed his condolence and shock over the death of former Chief of Defence Staff, CDS, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, which sad event occurred on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. "On behalf of the entire officers and men of the EFCC, I hereby offer our heartfelt condolences over the sudden and untimely death of the former CDS”, Magu said, in a letter of condolence, dated December 19, 2018 and addressed to the Chief of Defence Staff, General A. G. Olanisakin. Magu condemned in the strongest term, the “crude and senseless manner of the attack leading to the death of the former CDS”, and called on the relevant security agencies "to ensure that the perpetrators of this dastardly act are apprehended and brought to book".
