Moments ago, an election tribunal sitting in Abuja unanimously struck out the case of the Peoples Democratic Party Governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Olusola Eleka and upheld Dr Kayode Fayemi of the APC as a duly elected governor of the state. A petition had been filed by candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the July 14 governorship election, Prof. Kolapo Olusola challenging the electoral victory of the All Progressives Congress candidate, Dr Kayode Fayemi.
