Former military governor of old Kano State, Air Vice Marshal Hamza Abdullahi has died. He was 73 years old.Abdullahi who served as governor of the old Kano state from January 1984 to August 1985 during the military regime of General Muhammadu Buhari, died on Wednesday January 2nd, in Germany.Confirming his demise, the Hadejia Emirate of Jigawa, his home state, said he is saddened by his exit.“Innalillahi wa inna’ilahirraju’un. It is with sadness that we share the news that AVM. Hamza Abdullahi, yesterday died in Germany.
