Lawyers have shunned the boycott order issued by the Nigerian Bar Association on Monday as a way to protest the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter onnoghen. Cases are presently being heard at the Supreme Court with Justice Mary Peter-Odili presiding.The lawyers had taken a decision to boycott the courts yesterday after staging a protest at the entrance of the Nigerian Bar Association NBA over Onnoghen's suspension.
