See the advise a religious counselor on Dove TV gave about what should be done after a father raped his children aged 5, 6, and 12 (video)

A religious counsellor and the advice he gave on TV is currently the topic of discussion amongst Nigerians across social media platforms.During a show of Dove TV - the official channel of The Redeemed Christian Church of God - the host asked the religious counsellor, Pastor David, what should be the next course of action after a father raped his children aged 5, 6, and 12. The counsellor replied that the woman shouldn't leave the rapist husband because leaving him could make him commit suicide. He advised the woman to go to her "pastor or somebody who can help her to call the attention of the man to what he has done and they will prayerfully deliver him." A female caller also called to contribute to the topic and her advice to the woman was not to leave the man or report him to the police, instead she should stay, pray to God, and fight for her marriage. Not once did the relationship counsellor, the host, or the caller mention the abused children and what they must be going through. They also didn't mention bringing the man to face the law. All they spoke about was how the woman can cuddle her husband to shield him from the consequences of his actions. The advice from the counsellor, host, and caller has angered Twitter users and they've blasted those involved.Below are Twitter reactions and the disturbing videos.
