A Nigerian farmer survived an assassination attempt by his security guard and he has shared his story, which is quite troubling. Tunde William-Funmilayo said he took his security guard, Jonathan, as a brother, and as a result, invited him to stay inside his house in Ibadan to make him more comfortable. But on the night of October 10, 2017, Jonathan came into his room to attack him along with another security guard friend.
Tunde fought but sustained horrible stab wounds to his head and face after he was slashed with a machete. Thankfully, he survived the attack on his life.
