Twitter user, @EdoBreed1 shared a disturbing video of a police officer who pulled a vehicle that was traveling out of Zamfara state off the road, ordered one of the male passengers who had an afro on out of the vehicle and cut the afro off. In fear, the passenger succumbed to the soldier's dictate and had his hair cut against his wish.
