The Rapid Response Squad in Lagos just arrested one Chinedu identified as the leader of a 5 man robbery gang that specialize in robbing commuters using a tri cycle around Alausa/Berger axis. According to the RRS, he robbed a lady last week & stole her phone, jewelery and money. He was tracked and arrested.
