What Eguavoen said about serving Nigeria after Keshi’s burial will make you cry

After laying to rest one of the icons of Nigerian football Stephen Keshi, former teammate, Augustine Eguavoen has expressed disappointment over government’s negligence of the late coach.
Keshi was laid to rest in his home town in Illah, Delta state and it was the Delta state government that funded and organized all the events surrounding the burial ceremony.
Eguavoen complained about not getting remunerated while in service for the nation, saying he was surprised with government’s behaviour and wondered if the country was worth dying for.

“I am not shocked by the way the government has treated this event.

“For instance, most of us have yet to get the houses the government promised us when we won the Nations Cup in 1994. You are only energized when you have been looked after.
“You now wonder if Nigeria is worth fighting for or even dying for,” Olisatv quoted the man fondly referred to as Cerezo to have said.
According to reports, sports minister, Solomon Dalung said that government wanted the funeral to be held after the Rio Olympics which Keshi’s family rebuffed and went on to bury their own.
Keshi died on June 8 in his Benin home after complaining of leg pain and he made his final journey home as he was buried Friday 29 July in his home town.
The Big Boss made history in 2013 when he won Nigeria’s third Nations Cup to become only the second man after Egypt’s Mahmoud El Gohary to win the tournament as a player and a coach.

Help! I Love S*x, But I Can't Stop Cheating on My Good Husband - Woman Cries Out

A woman addicted to cheating on the husband has cried out for help fearing that she might have been cursed as she cannot stop the ugly trend.
I am young and successful and have been married for 6 years. My husband is the best husband one can wish for and we have healthy s*xual life.

But my only problem is the fact that I am constantly looking for s*x outside my marriage and living in this perpetual guilt thereafter.
I have tried keeping away from men not once but infinite times, but end up straying always.
How do I deal with this situation?

Oh No! Man Strips N*ked and Goes to the Middle of the Road to Cry...You Won't Believe Why

A man has done the unthinkable by going to the middle of the road in broad daylight to cry and wail continuously.
A Frenchman has caused a stir after he stripped n*ked and went to the middle of a road to cry bitterly.
According to khaosodenglish, the incident took place on Friday in Prachuap Khiri Khan city, Thailand.

The report further states that the 62-year-old Frenchman decided to get some rest just on Sala Cheep Road in front of the Emmanuel Guesthouse where he had been staying since July 14 before he suddenly removed his cloth and went to the middle of the road to cry bitterly.

Police who came to the scene to persuade him later discovered that he was heartbroken as he had some days ago, split with his wife.

“We took him to the hospital as he was determined to be in a deranged state,” said police Col. Amphol Amornlakpreecha.
According to Kanokwan Saleephol, the 34-year-old guesthouse owner where the man was staying,  said her guest appeared to be sad some days ago, saying he missed his wife whom he had split from before the trip to Thailand.
She said nearly a full bottle of wine precipitated his appearance in the road.

Update On Nollywood Actor Who Got ‘Burnt Alive’ During Action Movie, Read What Actually Happened (Video/Photo)

Few days ago,it was in the news that Nollywood actor got burnt during action movie shoot .The actor just took to his IG handle to react to the news..Read below;
To my friends
For most of you who have ever commented or sent a chat to me you know I do all I can to respond to them all. So it hurt me deeply to keep you in silence and in the dark during this period. I couldn’t avoid it. The calls were maddening. My phone had to be turned off till the matter was resolved in public where it started.
It worried the production that anything I might say as an individual may be misinterpreted further worsening the situation. I’m truly sorry beyond words for the emotional stress and inconvenience this might have caused you. It wasn’t a publicity stunt for me as some might still want to have you believe. It was a huge misunderstanding, misrepresentation and misinterpretation of events of that day and it took a toll on me in ways I can not explain.

I am however extremely humbled at the love, care and support I got from you during this period. Words fail me. I am indebted to you. Thanks for being there for me and my family. God bless you and yours. Amen
I am well. It was a movie fire scene that went well.

watchingyouclosely1You claim it wasn’t a PR stunt? So who leaked the pictures? God? And who conveniently dropped a video on your instagram saying you were about to do a burning scene and “anything could go wrong” you didn’t flinch or blink or even say God forbid in the video

watchingyouclosely1Fame is fleeting o Dear ani. In less than a week someone else will do something bigger and attention will move unto them. People will forget what you did, people will forget what you said but people will never forget how you made them feel. This will be my last comment on this. To the people blasting me on here: why not try to look at this situation from a neutral perspective. If ani was not your friend, not your brother or co worker. How would you feel about your emotions and intelligence being toyed with like this. All the best Ani.
ani_iyohoHahahahaha oh ye @watchingyouclosely1 Thanks for watching my rise. May you live long and see me shit on your head… just before you fall down and die. Your lies against me and God can not hold saliva. Watch my rise and your sudden destruction. #myGodguarantees that. Shocking! Lagos-based Banker Allegedly Shoots Himself Dead Over This (Photo)

Olisa Nwakoby, a Manager at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc,n Friday evening shot himself dead in the presence of his Priest at Lekki, Lagos State, NewTelegraph reports.
According to the report, he took his own life because of an incriminating huge loan transaction he approved in his bank which the beneficiary is no longer servicing and the bank was on his neck to get the money back.

His late father, Chief Patrick Oguejiofor Nwakoby was a former chairman of First Bank of Niger Plc, a successful lawyer, politician and a highly respected community leader before his death.
Fear over his integrity and the name of his family, which could be dented if his bank commences action against him over the loan, was said to be too much for him to bear, prompting him to shoot himself.
The case is being handled by homicide detectives attached to Area J Command, Lekki/Ajah. According to a police source, on the fateful day he killed himself, he allegedly went to meet his pastor to help tell his wife to take good care of his children, that what he would do in next few minutes would shock everyone. .
A NewTelegraph source said,
“It was later discovered that he took money from the bank, N350m, and the money started creating problems for him. He killed himself.”

A good Wife can overcome marital issues, if there is no abuse – Omotola

Omotola Jalade-Ekehinde, who recently celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary, had an interview with The Nation. It was an interesting encounter as the mother of four opened up on her marriage and other related issues.

How has it been, 20 years into marriage?
It’s just been fun. I’m married to my friend and should I say, my destiny supporter. There’s no relationship without its challenge. When people hear that we celebrated twenty years, they think we must be really without stress or anything, but I just want to let people know that if you are determined to do it in life, if you are determined to make it, you will make it. You have troubles in life generally anyway; either with your parents, or with your siblings.

So it’s just like that. It’s a normal thing. Don’t use any opportunity or any quarrel in a relationship with your spouse to justify the fact that everybody says marriage is hard. It’s not any harder, I think, than any other relationship you’ve had in life, maybe with your business partners or with your siblings. I understand that there are some marriages that have more challenges than others. If there is abuse involved, I think you should find your way out quickly. But if there is no abuse, then there is nothing you cannot overcome. Given that, I have had a very wonderful time with my spouse. We’ve just been friends. That’s what matters most.

On having grey hair
Well, I’m 38 years old so I’m not scared. But even if I was 51, that’s not the point. I’m growing younger if you actually think about it. Even babies these days have grey hair. Anyways, that’s not the point. The point is, in life, I think we should all embrace who we are. And I think when people are sufficient or feel sufficient in life, and you feel like you’re achieving, you really wouldn’t be afraid of age.

I think people are afraid to age when they actually look at where they are in life and feel like they’ve not achieved much. They feel like time is running by. I think that’s actually the reason why people are afraid of aging if you really go into it. But if you are contented in life and know that all fingers are not equal and you are where you are meant to be, because you could actually be six feet below. That you’re alive and well in itself is a reason to celebrate age. I don’t think that’s a reason why not.

On her definition of beauty
I think beauty, first and foremost, is in the confidence. If you are a confident woman and you understand your self-worth, I think you are beautiful. That is why sometimes you see some girls that you think, visually, in your own definition, are not aesthetically beautiful.

But any time they walk into a room, everybody turns. And you wonder why everybody is looking at that girl. She’s not even that fine. If you get it together, she is a confident woman. So beauty for a woman, even for men but especially for women, is knowing your self-worth, understanding yourself, understanding your body and working with what you have. Most

women don’t have everything. Even I don’t have everything but there are things that you have, so work with what you have.
