A stunning design has been spotted in a conspicuous place in Lagos giving lots of people a huge surprise.
This is the photo making some waves on social media recently.

However, another look shows a spectacular structure mounted conspicously by the side of the road.
The structure is seen resembling the shape of an erect p*nis.
Social media users have since shown surprise at what may have been behind the idea of raising the structure.
