According to Daily Trust, Adamu was on Friday arraigned before a Grade One Area Court at the FCT for the offence.
Police prosecutor, A. Z. Dalhatu, said the c0nd0ms were property of Society for Public Health which were kept in the company’s custody.
Adamu denied the charges.
The presiding judge, Sadiq Abubakar, released him on bail in the sum of N5,000 and a surety that resides within the court’s jurisdiction.
The case was adjourned to September 5th.
